Standard Scope Of Supply:

  • Precision Racks, Pinions, Gearboxes and Drives:
    Positioning speed and accuracy of cutting depends on the selection of components. PANUMA Machine uses most meticulously picked components to achieve positioning accuracy : +/-0.2 mm and repeatability : +/- 0.1 mm constantly and consistently over years.
  • CNC Controller:
    PANUMA Machine CNC Controllers are standalone controllers with embeded intelligence. These controllers also have built-in PLC's where customized programs can be downloaded. Navigation is through touchscreen based menu driven user interface making it extremely easy to opearte. Use 32-bit high-performance CPU and super-large scale programmable element FPGA, apply real-time multi-task control technology and hardware interpolation technology, and have high stability when working.
  • Nesting Software:
    A good nesting software helps the user in achieving precise tolerance of cut parts, high productivity by nesting, less wastage and zero down time. Features include auto validation, Simulation, Dimension/Enquiry Function, Lead-In Styles, Cutting Parameters, Corner Loops, Offcuts & Scrap Cuts, Grain Alignment etc. Nesting and cutting modules have direct and maximum influence on profile cutting applications.
  • Bluetooth Enabled:
    PANUMA Gantry Machine is bluetooth ready. With such devices, it is possible to connect several CNC's in the plant to a central computer. It is even possible to exchange data between 2 or more CNC's.
  • Integrated Torch Height Control:
    In case of oxy-fuel torches, height sensing is done continuously by a capacitive sensor. This ensures that even if the plate is warped, cutting takes place without hindrance. In case of plasma cutting, the control is two fold initial heigh sensing done by the capacitive sensor.
  • Oxy Fuel Torch.
    The PANUMA gantry Machine can be interfaced with a number of oxy-fuel torches. The System provides full automation of the oxy-fuel cutting process using flame monitoring technology and electronic propotional valve gas controls, making oxy-fuel cutting easy to setup & use .
